  5:00PM 11:00PM Welcome to Frostburg Festival   September 14, 5-11PM As part of Frostburg’s Bicentennial Celebration, a Welcome to Frostburg Festival will be held at City Place & City Square, located at 14 S. Water Street. (Proceeds will benefit the Bobby Preston Memorial Fund.) Highlights include a variety of musical entertainment (6 live bands) and the debut of Micheal McAlexander’s film “The History of Frostburg.” Additional activities include Community Model Railroad Club layouts, a Classy Chassy Car Club Cruise-In, performances by the Frostburg Dance Academy, horse-drawn carriage rides, and a wide variety of entertainment for children, including a “Kids Zone” that will feature games from 1812, photo opportunities with historic figures, inflatable games, balloon tying, face painting and many other family activities.
