Garth’s in an Oklahoma courtroom this week ‘cause back in 05, he made a $500,000 donation to a hospital there as they said they’d name a new women’s center after his mom. 3 years later the hospital changed their mind about building & they wouldn’t return his money calling the donation anonymous & unconditional saying only later did Garth put conditions on it.
