Martina McBride Dishes On Her Diet Tips

The country singer opened up about how she manages to stay slim in an interview with OK! magazine. She described her eating habits as "healthy" and explained that she does not feel guilty about what she eats.

"I don't feel guilty," McBride said. "I think you should eat what you want. Everything in moderation."

She also gave fans some insight into a typical week of eating, noting that the healthiest thing she ate for the week was broccoli ("It's good for you and it tastes good") and that her unhealthiest food choice was chocolate ice cream.

McBride landed a Grammy nomination for Best Country Solo Performance in early December for her single "I'm Gonna Love You Through It." An hour-long special on the launch of her latest album, ELEVEN, aired on December 5.

Vince and Amy

Vince Gill and Amy Grant have been named Tennesseans of the Year by the state's Tennessean newspaper.

Meet America's new team.

Americans love a winner and that's not the Dallas Cowboys these days. The team from deep in the Republic of Texas has been replaced as the nation's most popular team.

Aaron Rodgers' Super Bowl-winning Green Bay Packers were picked by 22 percent of voters as their favorite team in the NFL, according to Public Policy Polling's newest national survey. The Cowboys finished second, with 11 percent of the vote, followed by the Bears, Giants and Steelers.

NFL Films famously gave the Cowboys the title of "America's Team" in a 1978 highlight film. The program opened up with this intro: "They appear on television so often that their faces are as familiar to the public as presidents and movie stars. They are the Dallas Cowboys, America's Team."

A generation later, Dallas was actually picked as America's least favorite NFL team. The Cowboys got 22 percent of the negative vote, beating out the Chicago Bears' 8 percent and Green Bay's 7 percent for the title.

This was a bi-partisan pigskin vote: Republicans (60 percent), Democrats (44 percent) and independents (44 percent) all picked the Packers over the Cowboys.

Another member of Lady Antebellum has made plans to tie the knot.

Another member of Lady Antebellum has made plans to tie the knot. Dave Haywood proposed to his girlfriend Kelli Cashiola Monday night, and she said yes. According to People, Dave picked Kelli up at her office on Nashville's Music Row and then had her put on a blindfold as they turned onto her street. It turns out Dave transformed every room of Kellie's house into what's described as a "sparkling winter wonderland." Dave then took Kelli outside, where a string of Christmas lights spelled out "Will you marry me?" on the front of the house.

A date hasn't been set for the wedding, but it's presumed Dave and Kelli will get married after bandmate Hillary Scott weds drummer Chris Tyrell. Dave and Kelli first announced their relationship last month.

Stop looking....he's not out there!

Might as well stop looking now: "Mister Right" does not exist. At least that's what a survey of 2000 women shows. Not a single solitary woman in the survey said they were happy with their main squeeze.

When asked to rank -- on a scale of 1-to-10 -- how perfect their man came, the typical response was 7. meaning, about one-third of the time he fails to be "Mr Right". The traits these guys have that drive women berserk include "an inability to multi-task",  "leaving toe nail clippings around", "watching too much sports", "using her toothbrush", "won't help with cooking", and "leaving the bathroom door open".

GOT UGLY?
